Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Return & Refund Policy
At Our Pharmacy, we assure on Refunds and Returns.
In order to keep up to the promise that we offer on satisfaction, we will offer another package or issue a refund on request in the event that your order gets damaged in transit or if you do not receive it at all.
Those who receive partial orders will get a full refund, and from there we will charge the remaining balance. This is to ensure that you get fully indemnified in the process. We will only charge you for the products that you have received.
Our delivery time is usually 30 days from the day of shipping. If you do not receive the package during that time, send a request ticket to us through the Refund Section and we will act promptly on your request. The same applies in the event that you get a notification that your package has been returned to sender or is on hold
